fcb that letter character is almost unperceptible at beggining, maybe u can put other type of letters. or is it that its the definition that makes them unperceptible?!

it's the letter font. Ltan asked me to put it since it's how "official" font. again, this is a test. it will be susceptible to some changes, and one of them may be the font.

It is not the uber-quality 1,45 gb version I upped to yt, but it is ok to watch, even if it is not visually lossless... ^-^

The comments are fair what regards the quality of quite some frags and partially also the music synch. Some ppl may tend to overrate those defects, imo.
Looking at alas or abracadabra, the quality of the frags in dementia looks pretty fine to me.

As the Polish ppl think I'm German, they asked for a 'German community frag movie' - for a show off to their polish community clip they made/ are making maybe?? xD ...well, the history sits hard in their bones, but they shouldn't adress me with that matter.

Same as $$ with their English lessions on CB at their times, or duma-pic from the former thc clan after their no-show loss. Let the kids have phun, after all, isn't it quite amusing to see their reactions? ;D

if you watch it in 3D you'll see the bullet from the intro running away from the cell phone ;D

VegaSkill, after watching and rewatching  (i don't know how many lol) the best frag is yours!!!! because you did a double kill with 2 headshot with one guy one the viper... i'm sure nobody else have did it ^^ and your "work" on this frag is unbelievable & unforgettable !!!

Thanks Vega for the best movie frag on UT3 in 1080P!!! (Alas frag movie & The abracadabra movie can go to the basket ^^) ;) but, i'm sure you can do better!!! Well, i've got some ideas too ;), with 2go of demo i have some "sources" :D

lol cmon... i'm only 16, and not enough time to make a good video in 1 or 2 months...
i only have weekends available, and even there, i can't stay always in front of the pc, even less making the movie.

and now some members from Fick and RaW want me to make the clanwar movie, which means i have to start from the beggining again.
of course i'll do my best, and i have the right materials, tutorials, and advicers ^^. but time is something rare for me.
anyway, we'll see

Vegas great work from your part, maybe a bit too much rypelcamming here and there but it's a very nice improvement, congrats.

To say the truth I was a bit disappointed by the frags, some are nothing special and not that spectacular/suitable for a frag movie (even tho the players are great and would rape us all). Petillan wins for sure, the really impressive frags are by him.

I got the first demos in late 2009. Watching 1-2 demos after work and making some notes about the frags was the most time intensive part. I managed to do lots in fraps records and raw cuttings over the x-mas holidays, but I am not able to tell how much time summed up in total. ...quite a lot, I'd say.  ;)

Dunno why it changes all the time. I have one layout with a blue background and now this. I think I am their test object -.-

A long time ago _sova posted a funpic somewhere with a guy that said he'd teach how to play UT for $15 per hour....

i already sed it but it's a very very good movie  ;D, very good rypelcam using and montage using. I dunno how you did theses effects with AE and PS CS4 but it's really good, i'm trying to use them but it's very complicated, i can only make some simple effects  msn006.gif. But the harder it's, to me,  rypelcam " - - binding problems ect ect ...  - -". So my video will come in a long future.  msn011.gif and i don't know if it will be nicer than yours, i don't think so ^^

I have a question, VegasKill. In Dementia movie You used Infected Mushroom soundtrack, but YouTube videos with IM are blocked in Germany (copyright). How did you done, that players in Germany can watch this movie in YT? You remixed IM soundtracks?

Only the bpm are adjusted to suit better in the mix, nothing else.
Dementia wouldn't have gone blocked for Germany if I had changed also the pitch -but since I didn't do that, dementia makes the dozen of blocked videos of mine for Germany complete.

I would rather make a preview on youtube for quality productions, and add a download link to the video description. By far a better quality and the music you like - with the video promotion on youtube.

I ask, because always, when I publish on YT some frags with Infected Mushroom soundtrack, I get an information, that my film is not available in Germany. Overlooks, that I must make mix this music, if i want use it in fragmovies.

Maybe You know, what settings I must use (in game .ini or menu settings), to have what is marked green color?

For example in Dementia, 1:04 min., there's only inscription (S killed C), armor and health status. I want set same in BTA demos, to fragmovie, but always, when i open demos, i have this terrible round statistic and players names - can't off this. I want have only, what ticked on the screen :)  

Most of the hud elements can be deactivated in the game menu. F12 for the BTA hud statistics.
If you want to want to remove the chat or console death messages incl. the beep alerts, look in UTGame\Config\UTGame.ini in MyDocuments for MessageBeep and DeathMessage or similar.

If you want to go deeper, smiley_x0.gif, edit utgame.int in the UT3 installation folder.
It is located in UTGame\Localization\INT (English language).
Make a backup and run the changed settings when needed.
As an advice, use an advanced editor to work methodically, i.e. easily finding and clearing the picked up ammo or weapon messages from the hud.

Sure, if you do not intend to make a playlist - you could make categories such as a playlist for frag movies containing all the youtube uploads, without need to upload them again. And the existing comments don't get lost this way.

If you want to make a new upload, the raw video exists in 2 versions.
Lower quality ~450mb (filefront dl (http://www.filefront.com/15661625/Dementia-UT3-frag-movie-7mbit-1728x1080.mp4/)), high quality ~1.8gb (if needed, I can provide it).
