He is invisible but can't do anything.
The advantage would be that you can camp and no one can see you.
No idea if you take any damage if they would shoot.

#17
it only shows it from the SERVER option in the browser - it doesnt work if you are in favorites or History (pls fix!)

#31 Joining as spectator and then become active causes standard colors instead of team colors

If you join a team match (TDM, CTF, V-CTF or Warfare) as a spectator and become active,
you won't have your team color (blue or red).
You will just have your normal skin color which could cause confusing.

#32 Nightshade sometimes shows wrong mines in its weapon tab.

You want to drop the spider mines but get a shield or other things.
Scrolling with mouse does not help.
You have to press the 1-4 keys.

Firing the Avril at an SPMA's camera is supposed to result in the rocket redirecting to the SPMA once it gets close to the camera, but often it just hits the camera instead. //- have to check it: difficult for me

ok I watched the video and don't understand where the problem is.
He places his translocator module near the enemy flag, takes the enemy flag, scores and teleports to the enemy flag again.
What's the bug?
It is a nice method and I don't see a problem.
BTW: Couldn't an enemy player destroy your translocator module? Sorry, I never play CTF...

Hi all,
Thanks again for supporting me.
I may need your help this weekend because I want to test some things and recreate some bugs, too.
For example the Nightshade bug (which you showed in your video, where the scavenger had the shield and so on).

Vegas:
#2: I wonder why I didn't write it until now because I always see this and think it's a very stupid ping information.
Will be added in my bug list! thx

#4: I tried it right now but I didn't get it.
I was red and placed this translocator module on my own flag.
Then I ran to the blue flag, took it and tried to teleport... but I lost the flag - no score.
I think I did not hit the exact hole where my own flag stands...
I'll try it again.

Nice system.

The cd-key problem often apears if you play offline or with other accounts.
(Do you play via Hamachi?)
If you always login with your account, I don't exactly know where the problem could be...

Are you really sure that Hamachi would work for PES09?
I thought PES09 only supports Internet mode and offline mode.
I have never seen a "LAN mode".

@Vegas:
You can change the Framerate Smoothing here:
X:\Documents and Settings\user name\My documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config
Open the UTEngini.ini and simply search with ctrl+f for smo.
Then you should be here and can increase the FPS maximum:
[Engine.GameEngine]
bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE
MinSmoothedFrameRate=22.000000
MaxSmoothedFrameRate=60.000000
bClearAnimSetLinkupCachesOnLoadMap=TRUE
LocalPlayerClassName=Engine.LocalPlayer

The scorpion is very strong against Manta and other vehicles.
When you shoot, you needn't to aim exactly because the fire will touch the Manta.
(Big radius).
The same is with the hoverboard.
You hit an enemy too easy.
If he isn't on the hoverboard, you have to aim more exactly.
And I think it is only because the hoverboard is set as vehicle.

Has nothing to do with offline or online.

I really think the hoverboard must be changed.
That would fix many bugs at a time!
There are plenty of maps with these gravity settings where you will be drawn back.

And the scorpion's auto aim sux as well against the hoverboard.

I see there are a lot of different genres here^^

I like something like Pop, Dance, R&B, 70s Disco^^, Acid Jazz and other.
Rock, Metal and so on aren't my music.
Sure there are some exceptions but most of the music I don't like.
Some artist that I like:
Jamiroquai, Justin Timberlake, Chromeo, Bob Sinclar, Cosmo Vitelli, Robbie Williams and many many more.
And I have many Game OSTs (Final Fantasy, Tekken, UT3 etc).

I think 2 GB ram are necessary to play UT3 without problems.
(Of course everything on high).
My ram usage is around 95% while I play UT3.
Sometimes even around 99% if I forget to close some tabs in firefox and let ICQ run in background as well.
My problem is that my components use many processes (Logitech software, Creative Software, Everest, Fraps etc.)
(Task Manager shows around 40 processes).

I have XP Pro SP3 32 Bit and won't change to Vista.

Hi guys,
I just want to know who of you this game already own.
I think I'll get PES09 next week, but I'm not sure.
Some of you said they have it and they like it.
Would be nice if we play this together, too.
(In compensation to UT3  Wink )
It only supports 2 vs 2, but better than 1 vs 1 + lags as in PES08...

OK I guess you play with V-Sync on.
Is anything overclocked?
I had big crashes when my cpu was overclocked from 3 ghz to 3,6 ghz.
My pc just restarted while I was playing UT3.

You can reduce some graphic details just to see if anything gets better/more stable.

P.S. I think the best method for UT3 (to save your system) is V-Sync off and Smooth FPS (don't know its exact name) on.
(Both should be in UT3's advanced graphic options)

No problem :)

Freezing a screen can have many reasons.
I use the tool EVEREST (Corporate or Ultimate Edition) for logging my temps.
It's very easy for me to see them always because I have the Logitech G15 and I have on my LCD:
time, date, ram usage, cpu1 and 2 usage /
mainboard- hdd- gpu-cpu1- and cpu2 temps.

How long can you play UT3 without any crashes (average time)?

P.S. A small trick: Just open your case and look if it's better. This often helps^^

I just included the "shot"-feature.
The problem is it resizes the images but their KBs are as same as in fullscreen.
Yes, the complete size is 45 mb.

You think I just should make of every screenshot a thumbnail version which is smaller in its size and in its KB.
A little bit complex but I think it would be good.
However, I don't know the exact code.
The Epic forum supports (as mentioned)

In this cases it is not possible to see any images, only after clicking the links.
So I have no idea how to make every thumbnail as a link which leads to another - the real -  image...

It finally works!
I've created for example of Suspense Glitch 1 a thumbnail version.
(suspense_glitch1_1_th.jpg - 400x250 - ~ 30 KB)

To your problem:
Do you play any other games without problems?
I also have sometimes crashes when I play UT3.
It uses a lot of cpu & gpu power and ram, too.

I would say you check your temperatures and try to check cpu, gpu and ram.
For cpu: prime95 (http://www.computerbase.de/downloads/software/systemueberwachung/prime95/?url=23096)
For ram: memtest boot version (http://www.computerbase.de/downloads/software/systemueberwachung/memtest86/)

Do you play with V-Sync on?
There is a bug that UT3 uses constantly (or nearly) 100% CPU power if it's enabled.

I realized that the load time is longer with kilu.
Freenet seems faster.
The search and replace is easy:

However, I tried the fly-cheat and it works, that means there is skywalking possible and this jump should work, too.
To the jump: Just a normal hammer jump + 1 jump boot!?

Has anyone made experience with the free hoster "kilu.de"?
Because I think about to transfer my complete freenet-folders and files to kilu.de...
Would not be complicate to change all adresses because I make it with texteditor "search and replace".
