He did use spectator mode on one point when basher had the flag and was dancing arround at blue base.

Well, pte server has nice ping(I get 40). But the problem is that people don't use it...
We use it for training and clanwars, but when we aren't doing that, the server is ready to use for the public.

When I get my studentjob, I'll be getting a belgian server.
