And I'm all out of gum.

Well lets just say I'm pleasantly surprised by this gameplay vid. Lots of different environments, some yummy mutants, nice weapons and Duke cracking his jokes all the time.  afrodd.gif

Aye DN3D was a LOT of fun back then, but what's freaky is that I remember the first Duke Nukem when it was just a 2D side scroller. In fact it's one of the very first games I played on a PC

DAAaaaamn what a trailer!

Let them say I walked with giants. Men rise and fall like the winter wheat, but these names never die. Let them say I lived in the time of Narcisuss, sculptor of physiques. Let them say I lived in the time of Zyzz.

If the game was announced for 2012, the armageddon forecasts were manifold more reliable.

I was playing most of the Dukster-Games when the was brand new (don't call me prehistoric!  xxxshifty.gif) and this game will be the second game ever what I'll pick up, right on the first day (guess, which one was the first  msn012.gif).

The bigger they are, the harder they fall!

Lol kinda funny that used stuff from a couple of months back when they showed the game again after a really long time(when they announced that Gearbox was now working on the game)

For in case you guys didn't see this.

Strange though how people are complaining about the graphics. Does that really matter with a game like this? Looks good enough to me!

I was wrong, the Balls of Steel Edition isn't US only. You can get it anywhere, also you have pre-order bonuses(depending what country and what store you pre-order it in):

In gameware http://www.gameware.at/info/space/Duke+Nukem+Forever+Balls+of+Steel+Edition

You get condoms and gum:

In other countries you have a bottleopener baseball cap, sunglasses, t-shirts, caps, speaking key-ring, ...

Hoping my local gameshop will have pre-order bonuses

So after beating Duke I'll give you a quick summary
+old school gameplay
+variable environments
+boss battles and enemies in general
+Duke's amusing adolescent jokes

-able to carry only 2 weapons at a time
-short and relatively too easy
-dated graphics

Overall it's a good game, not worth the full price, but hey, I had fun for 2 days :))
