Looks like they're preparing for one more Unreal instead of Unreal Tournament 4.

I'd guess Epic didn't doo all this environment-oriented progress in their engine for ut4 maps, neither for (the finished game) borderlands.
If this is just a show off for the udk editor...  epic_fail.gif

If there will be any new Unreal (Tournmant) at all it'll probably be on console only anyway....

Some few months ago I completed Unreal + Return to Napali again, they are selling it now almost for free with all other Unreal's, it is IMO one of the best, old 20th century classics. Next to Wolf3D, Doom and Duke, hell yeah.

EDIT, sorry for off topic, I was thinking I am replying to the Unreal 1 HD youtube movie intro that someone recently added in other post :) But I also hope that next Unreal will be released! And it will kick ass  Grin

You just specified my favorite games (Unreal 1 ftw!), but I add yet Heretic & Hexen :)

Looks impressive, too bad that even if UT4 goes out with this engine, my computer won't be able to run such graphics  Crazysmile1

No idea what your specs are, but if want to see if your computer would be able to run that. Check out the specs I posted in the Bulletstorm topic, that game runs on the last version of UE3.

July 2012 UDK is released, still based on UE3: http://www.unrealengine.com/en/udk/downloads/
