Some custom gametype servers don't report the stats as 'custom', but 'pure'. There was 1 guy trying to join dark once with thousands of monsterkills by spawn-killing bunnies in a invasion or rpg mod.

that is so old, is not a fake, just like vegas said, it is becouse of some servers with some gametypes like invasion, where u can easily get many and many kills

PS. It reminds me South Park epizode "Make love not Warcraft" in which kids from South Park had to gain a lot of experience to kill a super-high level player in WOW. They wanna achieve this experience by killing boars.
