I think, Epic have not been playing in online UT3 for 3 years. =D
And UT3 also designed for cnsole -> blance maybe changed for this.
I dont like spam. I hate when flak kiil me on big distance, this is not shock rifle =)
Maybe i am mistaking...

I like the idea of decreasing Stinger damage and making weapons switch faster. The rest of mutator changes can work also well, but I don't see much point in it. Avril should also be improved, often it just doesn't do any damage... Direct hit... and nothing... weapon reload... and dead...

@Sev: the hammer jump on that BTA server is cool stuff :) Try to use it on maps like HeatRay or Roughinery, with that fast weapon switch mutator it could be even more nice :)

Mpuk BTA has both Boosted IH and Fast Switch. that's why it's almost everytime empty (standard players don't likr hit) and it only gets full for good players to enjoy it, when pre-arranged by someone
