Vegas, ping should be much lower if ppl would do everything using their brain
Judge yourself - if distance is 3400 km, and waves travel with speed of light (almost), so the time until the wave comes to server is 3400000/3*10^8 = 0.011333.... , that is 11.333 milliseconds - ping of 11 ms!!!
But because the wave passes a lot of stations on it's way, it takes a lot more time for the server to receive information. (if you are curious you can also see, that it takes 133 ms to round the globe). For example i will use tracert command to see all of those stations.
