The 2nd one is a server to get files for your server redirect from.  Use it to speed up the download of maps and mods for your server.
We used to do so as we had our first host, since the direct dowload was sloooo...oooow.
Its just 2-3 lines in the server's files and you're done.

...thats why I loved ftp and why I HATED multiplay.

I used 'http://uz3.gameservers.net/ut3/' for redirect on my servers . I will test http://www.gamez4pcredirect.com/Redirect/UT3/, but first I must find out if it's ok to use the link for the owner.
