its not really a bug, but its weird Tongue

something is wrong with the map suspense_necris

If u look in the water ( the water thats left from the original suspense ) u se trees in the refelction... but in suspense_necris are no trees... ?

There is also another issue with Suspense_Necris:
The Raptor automatically falls after its spawn from the roof!?!
(I heard this, but I also saw a Raptor falling...)

We all know the issue with the DarkWalker and 0 damage to players that are on hoverboard?
One mate told me this:
It seems that:
- if the DalkWalker hits the hoverboard first, it will not damage the player because the player and the hoverboard are 1 object.
(You hit the hoverboard and then you aim for the player - all in 1 shot).
Only the first objects gets registered.
If you would hit another player, (but not his hoverboard) you will damage him, because 2 players are 2 objects.

What do you think?
Sounds pretty logical to me!
Of course it's a bug if it's true.

I know another bug in sandstorm. When your behind the avril tower and you try to shoot you  cant aim!

I didn't get the problem either.

But there is one annoying bug with Viper, that i had several times. When i boost my viper ("Space" button) and fly upstairs, i can self destruct myself. But if i boost not enough to self-destruct, so my viper just falls down when i escape. And when i enter into it again, without pressing any buttons it flies up like i was pressing "space". ok, that's half of the problem. If it goes up and you try to self-destruct it by pressing "space" again and waiting for the icon to appear (telling, that you can self-desruct), so you can't do it sometimes!! The viper just falls down as you do, and nothing happens...

I'll demonstrate it online, if you want.

Yes what sova says is really annoying. Especially when you try to kill the nemesis in necropolis. There it happened to me really often.

There is an other bug with the gate-switch on Necropolis.
If you push an other vehicle on it the gates stay closed til the next "big" vehicle triggers the switch again.

Client demo recording:
I know these bugs until now:
- players looks to a completely different direction while shooting when the match begins
- sometimes you see the left hand (as in Vegas' video).

Are there any other problems?
I think I will mark it as not fixed!

Off-topic:
Vegas, any plans to include keyboard support for bb codes?
For example I often press ctrl+alt+b (or ctrl+shift+b) for bold.
If not, no problem^^

It only works online and you hear it for 15 seconds or longer.

I thought this denied bug happens only if you make last second saves? Does it happen with deemers too? Well, anyways it takes far longer than 15 seconds. =(

Hey guys, a guy posted a nice bug and I have already written it in my "source code" for thread version 2.1

71. Player survives any falls by using feign death

You have to stand near an edge on a platform and feign death.
After you slide over it very slowly, you will finally begin to fall.
Whenever you want, you just press the fire button to activate standing up animation.
This animation quits the fall immediately and you will land without taking any damage (depending on how late you press the button).

1. If you are familiar with UE3, make a flat surface and a platform that is high above the flat surface.
I you aren't familiar with UE3, just find a high place in a map to jump off of.
2. Get onto the platform and run towards the edge.
3. Right before you get to the edge, feign death so that you slowly slide over the edge.
4. Right before you hit the ground, press fire and you will stop moving as the getting up animation plays,
then you will fall the rest of the way and land safely without dying depending on the distance you got up at.
